OmniSEC is a gel permeation chromatography (GPC)/size exclusion chromatography (SEC) system composed of chromatography, detectors, and software. It includes the sample separation module OmniSEC Resolve, the multi-detector module OmniSEC Reveal, and the OmniSEC software for GPC/SEC analysis. OmniSEC Reveal is a GPC/SEC multi-detector that features refractive index, UV/Vis absorbance, light scattering, and intrinsic viscosity detectors, achieving excellent flow rate stability and reducing baseline noise across all detectors. 【Features】 ■ The built-in column oven can heat up to a maximum temperature of 65°C, maintaining a stable separation temperature. ■ Delicate samples can be cooled to 4°C to prevent aggregation and degradation. ■ The light scattering detector can measure molecular weights of 200 Da or injection masses of 100 ng. ■ The viscosity detector is robust and convenient. ■ It calculates hydrodynamic radius (Rh), radius of gyration (Rg), and Mark-Houwink parameters. *For more details, please feel free to contact us.
